and the possibility of getting struck by lightning.

Rethink your wardrobes pple. I'm thinking to get wellingtons. You should too. If you care at all about wet feet. WHERE HAS THE SUN GONE TOO? Don't get me wrong, I love the cold, it beats the heat we normally get. BUT it's the humidity I care not for. Not when it's at 90% on the average. Wetness. Wetness for the next few days people. Embrace it.

Unless of course, if the weatherman's wrong. What are the odds of that. 50-50 really. If God wanted it to snow in Singapore, it'll snow alright.
Hopefully Singapore's drainage system holds up. 4 days of heavy rain and showers is pretty much alot of water.

The up-side to all this rain has to be the wind and 'chilly-ness'.
On the down-side,

1. WET. Need I say more.
2. Possibility of a wardrobe malfunction or a lack of appropriate clothing.
3. Sydney's continuous barking at howling winds and 'Giant-clapping' thunder and oh-so-bright lightning.
4. No sun, sand, dry patches of grass. No swimming either.
5. If you don't have a clothes dryer, you should already have (dried) what you're going to wear next monday.
6. Jams. wet soggy strawberry jams.
7. Slow traffic. Take the MRT.
8. Not the best weather if you're a tourist.

HOWEVER,
We should always be thankful for whatever situation we're in and embrace it.
SO,

1. Take the opportunity to do something you've never done before.

a. Play in the rain.
b. The perfect opportunity for couples to have the 'oh-so-romantic' kiss under the rain. Not in the middle of the road though, don't want any bloodshed, now do we.
c. Guppy fishing in puddles. Preferably when rain is not so heavy.
d. Play twister with your family for 12 hours straight.
e. Have a bake-a-ton, then have a eat-a-ton.
f. Complete that 10000 piece jigsaw puzzle you never did.
